Shane Waldrep

Shane received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of West Georgia and is a Radiopharmacy Technologist II at the Center for Systems Imaging Core facility. He began his career as a Radiopharmacy Technologist at Emory University Hospital in 1997 and joined CSIC in 2008. Shane works with the radiochemists to synthesize radiopharmaceuticals and provide them with isotopes to help transition research radiopharmaceuticals for clinical use. He works with the radiopharmacists to maintain the inventory and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals, prepare radiopharmaceuticals for shipment, and maintains laboratory equipment.
