  • This SP8 inverted microscope has a CO2 and temperature controlled incubator for live cells that can be put on the stage
  • Multi-channel imaging in x, y, and z, time and wavelength (any combination)
  • Five confocal and fully multi-spectral channels are available with transmission light detection in brightfield, reflection, or DIC, which can be done simultaneously.
  • Two PMT detectors and two HyD GaAsP detectors for gated imaging which is “super-sensitive”
  • High speed scanning with LAS AF control software
  • True confocal scanning is obtained with the highest axial resolution using the galvonometric scanner  switchable between resonant tandem scanner at 8 KHz  and non-resonant mode.
  • Motorized Stage accommodates slides, 35 mm dishes, and 6 well to 96 well plates
