Biography

Robert earned his BS in Biology and MS in Bioinformatics from Georgia Tech in 2009 and 2011 respectively. Robert received his Ph.D in Bioinformatics from the University of Georgia in 2017 and completed an ORISE Post-doctoral Fellowship with Dr. Brent Lasker in the Special Bacteriology Reference Laboratory at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. His expertise is in whole genome sequencing, genomics, microbiology, plant genomics and biology, and bioinformatics.
