Microvolution
Microvolution is deconvolution software capable of processing images at orders of magnitudes faster than CPU-based software. The blind deconvolution option can give more accurate results in scenarios where the theoretical PSF is inaccurate. Batch processing is available, and output options now include OME-TIFF and the pyrmidal Imaris .ims file types.
How to access?
Threee different analysis workstations with CUDA-capable GPUs have Microvolution.
Book Microvolution with the desired workstation (e.g. "Workstation 0 + Microvolution") to avoid scheduling conflicts as only one person can use Microvolution at a time.
Get started with the official Microvolution manual or submit a training request for targeted training.
