Computational Analyses
The EICC offers comprehensive bioinformatics pipelines and services for the analysis of -omics data. We utilize standard analysis methods, and collaborate with biostatistics/bioinformatics service centers at Emory, such as the Winship Bioinformatics and Systems Biology shared resource, Winship Biostatistics shared resource, and the Biostatistics Consulting Center, to provide tailored and innovative solutions and insights for investigators.
Data Management
The EICC has the expertise and computational infrastructure to help you with complete data life-cycle management - high-speed data transfers to/from collaborators, cloud storage, local low cost peta-byte scale storage options during data analyses, access to local compute clusters for small projects with analyses tools such as Galaxy, AWS cloud platform for large analyses projects, LabKey data management and collaboration platform, and submission of data to national repositories.
