The EICC offers comprehensive bioinformatics pipelines and services for the analysis of genomics data. We utilize standard analysis methods for most projects, but can also design and implement novel analysis tools as needed to provide tailored and innovative solutions and insights for investigators.

Data Management

The EICC has the expertise and computational infrastructure to help you with complete data life-cycle management - high-speed data transfers to/from collaborators using the Globus platform, local low cost petabyte scale storage options for large genomics data sets, LabKey data management and collaboration platform, and uploads of data to national repositories.
