Save the Date! Join us for the 2024 Emory Core Day and EICF Awards Ceremony and Reception!

9 AM – 6 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2024

Emory University | Convocation Hall | 505 North Kilgo Circle NE S | Atlanta, GA

Learn about shared resources and core facilities available to support research in Georgia. Network with core facility leadership, core staff, and core facility users. Identify new opportunities for your platform at Emory and other institutions that make up the Georgia Core Alliance. Join us for a reception honoring our Emory Integrated Core Facilities annual award recipients.

9 AM – 12 PM    Opening remarks, science, and technology talks. Poster and exhibit hall open.

12– 2 PM           Lunch and poster sessions.

2– 4:30 PM        Science and technology talks. Poster and exhibit hall open.

4:30– 6 PM        Awards ceremony and closing reception.

A detailed program will be released in the fall.

Poster Abstract Submissions

We are seeking poster submissions for the poster and exhibit hall. Submissions should only come from academic Research Cores at Emory and other Georgia Institutions. The intent of the poster hall is to showcase resources available to academic research teams in Georgia. Submit your abstract here. Abstract deadline: October 1, 2024, or until space remains.

Diamond $6,500

  • Booth (6’ table in the poster and exhibit hall)
  • Prominent logo display in program and on intro slides at the meeting
  • Specific oral recognition in opening remarks
  • Technology talk speaking slot (12 minutes + 3 min. Q&A)

Gold $4,500

  • Booth (6’ table in the poster and exhibit hall)
  • Logo display in program and on intro slides at the meeting
  • Specific oral recognition in opening remarks

Silver $3,000

  • Poster in the exhibit hall
  • Logo display in program

Note that there are only 12 table slots available, and priority will go to the Diamond tier sponsors.
