Book me about Nikon A1R HD25

The Nikon A1R HD25 confocal microscope system boasts an industry leading 25mm field of view which allows researchers to capture more data in a single shot. Six laser lines and a variety of detection options allow for a wide range of experiments. The 8kHz resonant scanner facilitates live cell imaging with reduced photobleaching and phototoxicity. Software benefits include 2D/3D deconvolution, denoise.AI, and JOBS for customized acquisition routines.

  • Point scanning confocal with 25mm field of view on an inverted Nikon Ti2-E body
  • Galvano and resonant scanners
  • Tokai Hit stage top incubator for CO2 and temperature control (Model STXG)
  • multi-color, z-stacks, time-lapse imaging, multipoint capture, tiling
  • Nikon Perfect Focus System
  • FRAP, FLIP, FRET, photoactivation, colocalization, reflection imaging
