Zeiss LSM 710 NLO

An upright laser scanning confocal microscope with a Coherent Chameleon Vision S Ti:sapphire laser (690-1050 nm) for multiphoton and in vivo imaging.

Book me about Zeiss LSM 710 NLO

The upright Zeiss LSM 710 NLO microscope features a tunable pulsed laser for two-photon excitation as well as multiple laser lines (405, 458, 488, 514, 543, 633 nm) for standard confocal acquisition. Intravital/SHG imaging.

  • Point scanning confocal with multiphoton capabilities
  • multi-color, z-stacks, time-lapse imaging
  • FRAP, FLIP, FRET, photoactivation, colocalization, reflection imaging, SHG

Objectives

Laser lines (nm)

690 - 1050 : tunable Coherent Vision S

Detectors
  •
  • One transmitted light PMT
  • two PMTs for non-descanned detection

Intravital imaging requires an approved protocol. Please contact IACUC if not in place.
