PET/CT service for Animal Research
CSIC's pre-clinical microPET/CT service line is currently off-line. The anticipated timeline for this service line to be operational again is late fall 2024 after new equipment is installed. The future preclinical scanner will primarily support small rodent imaging. CSIC provides tracer synthesis, animal anesthesia and tracer administration, PET and CT imaging, animal monitoring and recovery, and data processing services via this imaging service.
