MRI services for Human Research
CSIC operates (3) dedicated Siemens Prisma and PrismaFIT MRI scanners, and (1) Siemens 7T MRI scanner, for investigator research studies that require human MRI imaging.
CSIC's human MRI is the largest of CSIC's research service line support for Emory's investigators. We have a team of four MRI technologists that operate the Center's (3) 3T Siemens MRI scanners and (1) 7T MRI scanner for general human imaging needs.
CSIC has a MR physicist to assist investigators with scan protocol set up, a staff scientist to assist users to design, install, and test novel instruments and manage data storage/distribution.
