Sarah Basadre, RT(R)(MR)

Sarah is a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist that received her Bachelors of Medical Science in Medical Imaging from Emory University’s School of Medicine. She is a MRI Technologist located at CSIC's Health Sciences Research Building II facility, and is responsible for MRI scan scheduling coordination for onboarded research studies that utilize CSIC's 3T-HSRB-II and 7T-HSRB-II MRI scanners. Sarah is also responsible for working with principal investigators and their coordinators in setting up new MRI studies (reviewing the study protocol to determine both scanner parameters and subject requirements and performing any sponsor required certifications). She works with human and animal subjects. Additionally, she works with the Research Nurses to review subject issues, performs study scans, handles the transfer of subject data and records to principal investigators and/or sponsors.
