MicroCal Auto-iTC200 from Malvern Analytical is a fully automated, low volume, and highly sensitive isothermal titration calorimeter. It delivers direct, label-free, and in-solution measurements of all binding parameters in a single experiment. Applications include characterizing molecular interactions of small molecules, proteins, antibodies, nucleic acids, lipids and other biomolecules. It can also be used to measure enzyme kinetics. The Auto-iTC200is located in Whitehead Biomedical Research Building, Room 665A, 615 Michael Street, Atlanta, GA 30322.
