Services We Provide
EGMIC is equipped with state-of-the-art LC-MS instrumentation, including a globally unique offering: ion mobility mass spectrometry combined with electron capture dissociation. This advanced capability enables detailed characterization of protein shape and quaternary structure, as well as precise resolution of glycan and lipid isomers. We also provide validation services for critical research reagents, including recombinant proteins, synthetic peptides, and oligonucleotides. Additionally, our facility offers specialized expertise in glycomics analysis, glycan microarray development and study of molecular interactions.

Our facility is an open-access core laboratory designed to empower researchers through hands-on access to advanced instrumentation. Users receive personalized training from our expert staff, enabling them to operate equipment independently and confidently. We prioritize instrument reliability with proactive maintenance and rapid response to minimize downtime. To support your research from the start, we offer initial consultations to assess project feasibility and develop training protocols tailored to your specific experimental goals. Students and research fellows are especially encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with all available instruments in the facility.
