Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) enables precise molecular mass measurements and in-depth analysis of proteins, peptides, glycans, oligonucleotides, lipid and small molecule.

  • Proteins, Peptides, and Antibodies
    LC-MS delivers insights into sample purity, folding states, dimer configuration, protein-protein interactions, post-translational modifications (PPTM).  We offer both top-down (analysis of intact proteins) and bottom-up (digestion followed by peptide analysis) workflows, depending on your experimental goals.
  • Glycan Analysis
    We specialize in the analysis of glycosylation patterns and glycoform diversity in monoclonal antibodies. We utilize advanced workflows, including Agilent InstantPC tagging, for rapid and high-throughput N-glycan profiling.
  • Oligonucleotide Validation
    LC-MS provides critical data for validating oligonucleotides, including sequence confirmation, purity assessment, and detection of structural modifications.
