EIPC currently provides the following services:

  • Protein Identification: The most common service provided by EIPC is the identification of protein(s) in a sample - in gel or in solution.
  • Interactome Analysis: Co-immunoprecipitated proteins that interact directly or indirectly with a bait protein are analyzed by LC-MS/MS.
  • Quantitative Comparative Proteomics: Protein/peptide quantification from cells or tissues and biofluids (plasma or serum) can be achieved by chemical labeling (TMT tags), or label free approaches including intensity, or spectral counts.
  • Analysis of Post Translational Modifications (PTMs): EIPC has the methodologies in place and documented examples of successfully analyzing the common post translational modifications—phosphorylation, ubiquitination, methylation, acetylation, Met/ Cys (S oxidation), etc.
