The price (as of October 01, 2024) below includes:
- Initial consultation
- Sample processing (extra charges may apply for project-specific consumables^)
- Mass Spectrometry acquisition
- Database search
- Data reporting: Excel/txt output, definition of terms, and video tutorials
- The user can request additional meetings if they have questions or need hands-on training. The price per session (1 hour) is listed below as "Data Analysis Consultation".

*Only the universities that participated in the Georgia Core Facilities Partnership are eligible for the internal rate.
**To receive 10% subsidy, the investigator has to be an active Winship member and the project has to be cancer-related (Winship auditor looks for the keywords in the project title/description in PPMS). It would be the investigator's responsibility to communicate with EIPC personnel to ensure that they are receiving the subsidy, when eligible.
#Non-Academic rate is applicable to out-of-state universities, Georgia institutions that are not part of the Georgia Core Facilities Partnership, and industry.
***For any multiples of 16 or 18 samples, user pays $(486+103) = $589/sample (Internal rate). The minimum cost of running a TMT project is $9424 or $10602 for 16- or 18-plex respectively, even if user has fewer samples.
^For phosphopeptide enrichment and plasma samples with top 14 abundant protein depletion, additional $150/sample will be charged.
