Cluster Resource

The storage's access is controlled by user and group privilege.  A user has full access to files he/she created.  To access data created by others, the owner has to email the administrator (Lei Zhou) to approve the request. 

Bottom lines:

1. No user profile is shared with others.  For each collaboration, a shared work space will be created and all users who work on this project will be signed in this group, to obtain full access of all files of the collaboration workspace.
2. Raw data from MRI and PET/CT scanners are set to read-only, to prevent accidental faulty manipulation.  Users please copy raw data into your personal folder or shared workspace for manipulation.
3. Data in shared workspace can be altered/deleted by group members, and backup may be lagged for days.  So please always keep a private copy for really important things.
4. No disk quota is applied.  However, if obvious abuse of storage is discovered, like running off pipeline that generates huge amount of junk data, administrator may delete them without contacting corresponding user.
