4PET (or PET/MR) Scan Base rate is a 2-HR standard block (includes injection, uptake time, completion of PET scan, data upload). Additional Room Time Base rate (per hour) will be added if ROT is beyond initial 2-HR standard block.
5Fee is waived if investigator's funded study utilizes MRI scanner concurrently with simulator.
6If MR uses contrast, the Contrast Base fee will be billed in addition to standard 2-hr block rate. 
Note: ROT = room occupancy time (start of scheduled appointment time through completion of entire scan/data upload process).
