Radiochemistry Services
The radiochemistry lab and the radiopharmacy develop and produce tracers for PET researches.
Dr. Steven Liang directs the radiochemistry lab to develop novel radiotracers for positron emission tomography and single photon emission computed tomography.
Ron Crowe manages the manufacturing and quality control procedures of radiotracers.
The radiotracers developed and produced by CSIC are used for cancer imaging, as well as brain and cardiac imaging. In addition, we also facilitate development of automated devices for the application of new radiotracers in clinical medicine.
